  • Registration – Badge & Confirmation

    Please register using this link. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. As the event approaches, you will also receive a printable badge to print out. If you don’t have access to a printer, don’t worry—our registration team will be available to assist you and print your badge on-site.

    If you have not received confirmation of your registration and printable badge via email, it may be in your junk/spam folder. Please check there. If you cannot find the email confirmation or have lost it, please contact sanchia@fpsevents.com. They will check the email address and resend it. 

    When you are in the event your badge give you access to the entire exhibition and all conferences from the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm on the 5th of March & 8:30am – 4:30pm on the 6th March. Please make full use of your FREE visitor pass.

  • Pre-Register

    We advise all visitors to pre-register before attending the event to avoid a R295.00 entrance fee. 

    For no pre-registered attendees, we will be asking for Identification onsite.

  • Onsite Event App

    We have created an event app including all the essential information for the event, this will allow you to view the conference line up, exhibitor list, floorplan and so much more. As we are now working on making the event more sustainable no printed brochures will be available. The event app will work as a hub of our event A link will be emailed prior to your attendance and QR code displayed onsite at entry and in the hall.

  • Speakers and Sessions

    Main Sessions & Highlights: All conferences will start at 9:00 AM with varying closing times. Stay tuned for announcements regarding the conference schedule.

    Our speaker programs are currently being finalised and will be available soon.

  • Networking Opportunities

    Networking Areas: Exhibitor stands, catering areas, and conference spaces.

    App for Networking: An on-site event app will be available to help you plan your visit and connect with exhibitors.

  • Food & Beverage Options

    The Sandton Convention Centre offers a variety of food and drink options available for purchase. Some exhibitors will also provide refreshments at their stands.

  • Payments

    Contactless payments will be encouraged throughout via card or phone, with an email receipt wherever possible. Please be prepared to pay by card for any purchases.

  • Wi-Fi Information

    Wi-Fi Access: Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the exhibition hall, though connection quality may vary based on the number of users.

  • Photo & Video Sharing

    By registering, attendees consent to being filmed, sound recorded, and photographed for broadcast and promotional purposes.

  • Can My Child Attend?

    Children under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from entering the venue under any circumstances. Any children found will be escorted out by security or event organisers.

  • Soliciting

    Companies that are not exhibitors are prohibited from entering the venue for canvassing purposes. If security or organisers are alerted to this, you will be asked to leave. To promote products or services, contact sanchia@fpsevents.com for stand bookings or alternative options.

  • Accessibility Information
    • Entrances and Exits: All main entrances and exits are equipped with ramps and automatic doors for wheelchair access.
    • Accessible Pathways: The venue features wide, obstacle-free pathways to ensure smooth navigation for wheelchair users.
    • Designated Accessible Parking: Accessible parking spaces are available near main entrances.
    • Signage: Clear signs direct visitors to accessible parking.
    • Accessible Elevators: Elevators with audio and visual indicators connect all floors.
    • Escalators: While escalators are available, those needing assistance should use the elevators.
    • Universal Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are equipped with necessary facilities and marked with clear signage.
    • Hearing Assistance: Hearing loops may be available in certain areas; visitors can inquire upon arrival.
    • Sign Language Interpreters: Available upon request for presentations, workshops, or meetings with advance notice.

    • Emergency Protocols: In emergencies, contact venue security or go to the nearest first aid station.

  • Security Personnel

    • Incident Reports: Security documents incidents to ensure appropriate responses.

  • Terms and Conditions
    1. Visitors will not be allowed admission to the Show without a valid ticket/registration.
    2. For the safety of all attendees, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, and may conduct security searches.
    3. The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
    4. If alterations to the show dates are made all ticket holders/attendee’s will be informed directly.
    5. Registrations are responsible for ensuring everyone in their party is aware of and adheres to all terms. and conditions including these additional measures.
    6. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the Show as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor.
    7. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Show.
    8. Visitors may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing, broadcast, or security purposes during the Show. By attending the Show, visitors authorise such photography and recording and permits the Organisers to use their images, likeness, and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation or credit.
    9. This is an industry-only event for professionals. Admission is open to professional and business visitors and exhibitors who are directly involved in or have a direct connection or interest in the subject area of the Event or associated industries or organisations.
    10. The sale of any articles in the gangways or anywhere on the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organisers, and the Organisers reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition.
    11. Anyone attending the Event must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or wear offensive apparel or be involved in any activity which may disrupt the Event.
