Basil Adriaanse is a clinician, publisher, lecturer, and healthcare marketer with over 13 years of experience in the healthcare sector. He has served on multiple boards from step down facilities to national allied health organisations. He has a demonstrated history in practice management, having founded a national multisite allied health practice and expanded it to a national physiotherapy-at-home service with the largest provider of hospital-at-home services in the country. After exiting the allied health sector went on to found Social Medical, a data-driven, healthcare policy- compliant branding and marketing firm focused on performance marketing strategies that drive real growth to B2B and B2C healthcare organisations using innovative and vetted methodologies. The firm was brought under the Innohealth Technologies stable in 2022.
He translated his deep understanding of the private practice sector and merged hislearnings in digital and healthcare advertising, branding, positioning and marketing with a working understanding of the complex healthcare legislature to provide the group with a strategic roadmap for growth
