Dr Celeste van Loggerenberg, General Practitioner specialising in Sports Medicine at Longevity Lab, is a sports and lifestyle medical practitioner based at Mediclinic Sandton. She previously managed an emergency unit for six years before transitioning into sports medicine, where she completed her Master’s degree in Sports Medicine at the University of Pretoria.
Dr van Loggerenberg has a strong focus on longevity and regenerative medicine, with a particular interest in exercise as a powerful form of preventative and therapeutic care. She is passionate about prescribing exercise correctly and strategically to support individual health goals. This commitment to precision led her to incorporate Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET) into her practice, enabling patients to train scientifically and optimise performance, health, and long-term outcomes.
